I am a learning and leadership development expert with 15+ years of experience in state and national mission driven organizations. I have a proven ability to drive equity centered organizational and program strategy and implementation. I am excited to support you and your organization!
Services
Training & Facilitation
Certified in Results Based Facilitation and trained in Equity Centered Facilitation. I focus on building learning experiences with strong containers for groups to do generative, meaningful work together.
Experience & Event Planning
8 years planning hundreds of national in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings and events. Gatherings are essential for organizations to build community, connection, and accelerate impact. I help breakdown events to make planning accessible and replicable.
Program Development
10 years experience guiding and setting strategy for startup nonprofits and entrepreneurs. Organizational and program level strategy starts with a vision and walks backwards from there. Moving from idea to action is my speciality.
