I'm a learning and leadership development expert with 15+ years across state and national mission-driven organizations, in the U.S. and internationally. I've helped launch and co-lead four mission-driven organizations, and I advise on the operations and infrastructure beneath them — while doing the work I love most: building thriving teaching and learning communities.

I began in education with Teach For America, served as founding Leadership Development Officer at Teach For Malaysia, and launched leadership continuums across the Teach For All network. Over six years I built and ran a national child-welfare leadership fellowship working across 15 states, D.C., and Puerto Rico. Today, through J8 Consulting and Our Lived Experience, I bring that experience to leaders ready to build something that lasts.
