Over the last 15 years, I helped launched and co-led four mission driven organizations. My experience includes both US based and international not-for-profits. Armed with a Masters in Education and a Masters in Nonprofit Management, I advise on the operations and infrastructure, while also focusing on my passion of creating thriving teaching and learning communities.

I began my career in education as a teacher with Teach For America and continued her work in education reform in the Teach For All network.  I was the founding Leadership Development Officer at Teach For Malaysia and launched the first leadership development continuum for Teach For America's work in the Mississippi Delta. Over the last six years, I developed and ran a national leadership development fellowship in child welfare, working in 15 different states, DC, and Puerto Rico.
